Creating Consent Culture In the Workplace Workshop

WCRS and the Tofino Chamber of Commerce are offering a free workshop designed for local hospitality businesses and their teams. The goals are to:

• Foster safer, more respectful workplaces.
• Equip all personnel with knowledge of local resources.
• Encourage proactive policy development.

• Respond supportively to disclosures of sexual violence.
• Definitions of consent and sexual violence.
• How to build a culture of consent in the workplace.

Skills to:

• Prevent unwanted behavior by setting boundaries.
• How to safely intervene if they are witness to unwanted behavior.
