Walk to End Gender Based Violence

Free and peaceful, family friendly event.

2km Community walk to End Gender-based Violence, start and end at Tofino WCRS office 10:30am- 12:30pm.

Encouragement to wear purple as support for November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, to raise awareness about gender-based violence.

After the walk, feel free to join everyone for an educational talk, light refreshments, and snacks.

WCRS staff and an Island Health Social Worker will present information on how we can support ourselves and our community when it comes to Gender Based Violence.
