WCRS has started a social enterprise to provide a valuable resource for the local community while helping reduce waste in the landfill. Instead of leaving unwanted furniture or items on the curb, you can now donate them directly to us. Your donations will support WCRS programs and make a positive impact in the community.

Where to find us
Unit 102-1801 Bay Street, Ucluelet
Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00 pm Closed Sunday & Mondays
Donations & Drop Offs
Drop-off donations are accepted daily between 1-4pm at the back door of the store in the alley way.
Maximum 2 boxes of donations per donor please.
No unauthorized drop-offs.
If you are not able to make it during regular drop-off hours, please give us a call and us know you’d like to come by – 250-266-8533
What We Accept
- Gently used, clean items
- No clothing, outerwear only (such as raincoats, winter gear)
- Accessories, footwear, bags and purses
- Bedding, towels
- Kitchenware, utensils, and small appliances
- Floor lamps
- Small household furniture (Depending on space)
- Sports equipment such as wetsuits, surfboards, skates, hockey gear, skateboards, soccer shoes
- Video games, and consoles
- Computer equipment
- Camping gear
- Crafting & office supplies
- Some books if space allows
- Some tools if space allows
- Electronics
What We Do Not Accept
- Helmets older than 5 years
- Baby Items – high chairs, gates, strollers
- Floatation devices
- Medical equipment
- Climbing equipment
- Magazines
- Cardboard
- Vitamins, medications, consumables
- Large art, mirrors (Please take to Port Alberni)
- Carpets, large area rugs (Please take to Port Alberni)
- Broken or outdated electronics (Please take to Ucluelet Bottle Depot)
. While magazines, catalogues and phone books are covered under the BC recycling regulation and are collected with other printed paper under MMBC’s stewardship program, hardcover and paperback books, such as novels, textbooks and reference materials, are not accepted.
